Vision meets
reality

3D models

Especially with projects that have not yet been built, what is most important is often missing: a tangible picture. If you can't see the idea, you decide more slowly or not at all. Our 3D models help to make concepts understandable, build trust and significantly increase sales opportunities.

With the right model, you can…

  • …touch
  • …convey
  • …present
  • …inspire
  • …sell

From concept to sales tool

  1. 1. Model making

A concept becomes a tangible reality. Our models are made by hand — precisely, realistically in colour and with attention to detail. For maximum impact at scale.

  2. 2. Presentation

A strong model speaks for itself. Staged on black pedestals with a gold signature — reduced, high-quality, impressive. This keeps your project in mind.

  3. 3. Decision

Anyone who sees the model understands the project. It creates trust, clarity and emotion — making it the most effective sales tool of all.

The voices on the result

Anyone who holds a model in their hands immediately understands the difference. Our customers talk about what this has changed in reality.

  • “A model is worth a thousand images.”

The physical model has made it easier for our interested parties to get a real picture of the entire area — of proportions, paths, light and neighbourhood. A perfect support for our sales and marketing strategy!

  • “The difference to digital visualisations is huge.”

The model generated real enthusiasm among our prospective buyers. It makes the project tangible, vivid and emotionally accessible. Our closing rate has increased significantly since then.

  • “A professionally manufactured architectural model is essential for us today.”

It enhances our showroom, creates trust and makes complex relationships immediately understandable. This is a real game changer, especially for larger projects. We've already tested many tools — but no medium is as convincing as a physical architectural model. It creates closeness, authenticity and promotes dialogue. It is a powerful sales tool for our customers — and a clear recommendation from us.

FAQ

How long does it take for a model to be ready?

It depends a lot on the project. We can implement smaller models with fewer details in xx to xx weeks. Larger or particularly complex models usually take xx to xx weeks. We always plan realistically, keep you up to date on the status and coordinate everything transparently, even with special requests or last-minute changes.

How much does an architectural model cost?

The costs depend on size, scale, level of detail and material. Simpler models start at around xxxx euros net. For larger construction projects or very detailed presentations, the price can be significantly higher. We discuss in advance what makes sense and prepare an individual offer — clearly structured, with fair calculation and without hidden costs.

How is the model delivered?

We deliver throughout Germany, securely packaged and, on request, in person. Most models are shipped by freight forwarder, with precise appointments and transport security. For more sensitive or very large models, we also coordinate the installation on site. Our goal is that the model arrives safely and is immediately ready for use — without additional effort for you.

What if something in the project changes?

This happens frequently and we take it into account. Changes to the model can often be implemented easily, depending on timing and effort. If adjustments arise during production, we talk about them openly and find a solution. The aim is always for the model to match the current state of the project in the end, even if things still move along the way.

Which scale do you work in?

We most often work at a scale of 1:xxx or 1:xxx — ideal for residential and commercial projects. For overview models (e.g. urban planning) or particularly fine details, other scales may also make sense. We are happy to advise which scale suits your project best, depending on the intended use, the presentation space and the desired effect.

How is a physical model different from a visualisation?

A physical model stands in the room, is tangible, vivid and can be experienced directly. Unlike a visualisation, it doesn't need to be explained or interpreted — it speaks for itself. Especially in conversations with people who don't work with plans every day, it has an effect of its own. It doesn't just complement digital representations, it gives them a tangible form.
